Please agree to the following terms before purchasing:
1) There is a small possibility that an item on our site is no longer available. Sometimes, we list the same items on eBay, Amazon, and eCrater so it is possible to get multiple sales in the same day (however this is unlikely since eCrater gets very low internet traffic). Of course, we will honor the sale that comes first. If this occurs, we will FULLY refund your order as soon as possible. We will try to avoid this by updating our stock daily.
2) Please allow 2-3 business days for shipment of the item. Items will typically be sent by the United States Postal Service with a tracking number. Some items will include signature confirmation. Priority mail or parcel select shipping depends on the weight and destination that the item is shipping. If you require a specific mail option, email us before ordering.
3) Any special shipping requests must be communicated before you purchase the item. If you wish to purchase multiple items, it may be possible to combine shipping. Email us and we will reserve the items while we determine the shipping cost.
4) We do not offer any warranty or returns on our items. For sealed products, they have never been opened or individually inspected by us. For opened items, we describe the condition as accurately as possible. Please see pictures and descriptions for details. Again, we are a small store and we do not have connections to manufacturers for replacements. If there is a problem, we will definitely try to help you or recommend helpful resources if we can. We also do not guarantee conditions of any of the boxes/packaging for our items. If there are any significant flaws, they will be noted in the listing. However, if you are very particular about this aspect, please contact us for more detailed box/packaging condition description. We package all items carefully and have never had a complaint about our packaging methods. If you have any questions, please email us.
