eCrater is an online marketplace that allows sellers to list items for sale. It is similar to eBay, but there are no required selling fees. Buyers are still encouraged to use Paypal and they will still be covered by the Paypal buyer protection program. There is a seller feedback page, however often times buyers do not leave feedback.

The benefit of eCrater is that sellers can access their money quickly (eBay and Amazon holds money for up to 3 weeks) and there are no required selling fees, therefore sellers can list items cheaper. There is one MAJOR disadvantage of being a seller on eCrater: there is little to no internet traffic. Amazon and eBay see millions of searches a day, but eCrater stores get far less. This means business can be slow and it is not ideal for large businesses.

We sell on eCrater because we are not a big business. We mainly sell parts of our collection or other unique items that we are able to obtain. Because there are no required fees, we pass the savings onto the customer. This benefits both parties.

Yes! You can trust us! Look at our feedback on eBay and Amazon under the same selling account "cardinality" and you will see our positive selling feedback. Also, check out our "Sold Listings" on eBay for more examples of our sales. Sometimes buyers do not leave feedback. Our shipping methods are secure and we fulfill orders on-time according to our stated handling time. To be honest, you should NOT trust all sellers on eCrater. We have only started an eCrater store after establishing a positive feedback record on major marketplace sites (eBay and Amazon). If the price is too good to be true, make sure you investigate the seller and ask for more pictures. We will always be happy to provide more pictures and proof that we own the item because all of our items are in-stock and ready to ship from the United States. You may find a lot of negative google reviews related to eCrater, but keep in mind that those reviews are for some bad SELLERS on eCrater. eCrater itself is a harmless and great alternative to the other marketplace giants. NEVER PAY THROUGH WESTERN UNION OR WIRE TRANSFER. ALWAYS PAY THROUGH PAYPAL. Paypal is the only form of payment we accept for your protection and convenience.

We are a small store and do not have time to take good quality pictures of all of our items. There are still many items we would like to sell that we have not even listed yet. We try to update the stock daily if possible. If you would like an image of a specific item, feel free to email us and we will be happy to take pictures at whatever angles you need.

Yes! Make us an offer, especially if you would like to purchase multiple items. Often times, the item prices include shipping so it's possible to save on shipping for more than one item. Just contact us and we'll give you a quote. The worst that can happen is that we'll say, "No thank you." or we will counter-offer. Please keep in mind that we have already discounted the items compared to eBay or Amazon, so there is less likely of a chance of the price lowering unless you are buying multiple items.

Maybe. If you think we might have an item you're looking for, just ask. We might either have it, or we might even be able to get it for you. Please try to include the following information when contacting us about an item not on our website: 1) Detailed name of item. 2) Manufacturer. 3) Series and Scale, if applicable. Pictures would also help.

We ship primarily through the United States Postal Service. There are three types of shipping options: Priority Mail (1-3 Days), First Class Mail (2-4 days), and Parcel Select (2-9 days). Your shipping option will be determined by its weight and its destination. We always try to ship using the economical and fastest way. If the difference between parcel select and priority mail is a dollar or less, we will usually upgrade you. If you definitely want priority mail, you must email us after you purchase and let me know. We will then send you an invoice for the difference in price (usually no more than $5 extra). First class mail is the most economical, but it is only for packages less than 13 ounces, which most of our items are not. Signature confirmation may be added to some items. If we do this, it will be at no extra charge to you.

Please make sure that when you're placing you're order, you go all the way through to the Paypal payment. If you go through checkout but do not get a Paypal confirmation email, you have not purchased the item and it will still be available on the website. I will email you within a day if Paypal payment has not been received. I will only ship to Paypal confirmed addresses. No exceptions.
